3 Bedroom End Unit Townhome

A maximum of two (2) pets (cats and or dogs) per apartment home are permitted with prior written approval from management. All pets must be registered with the leasing office prior to move-in or prior to being brought onto the property. Unauthorized pets may constitute a lease violation. Please consult our office for applicable breed restrictions for dogs. Applicable fees are $35/month per Pet "Pet Fee" and one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 (1 pet) or $450 (2 pets).
